  20.      border background        is the border background color for an ANSI
  21.                               color menu.

  23.      border foreground        is the border foreground color for an ANSI

  32.      description              is one of more descriptions of the bulletins.

  35.                               description should be for DRBULL1.RIP,
  36.                               DRBULL1.ANS, and DRBULL1.BBS, the second
  37.                               description should be for DRBULL2.RIP,
  38.                               DRBULL2.ANS, and DRBULL2.BBS, etc.

  40.      security level           is the caller's minimum security level to be
  41.                               able to view the bulletin.  In order to
  42.                               provide compatibility with previous versions
  43.                               of TriBBS, this is an optional value.
